I’ve been getting a lot of emails about how to work with difficult emotions and how to move forward. I want to share with you that I’m actually writing a book and am working through a lot of the resources I have gathered and methods I have created so that I can help you through this difficult time of losing your parents so you can have a happier, more joyful and inspiring life.
In the meantime, the Sedona Method changed my life and really helped me to move forward. It gave me the tools to move through difficult emotions quickly simply by inviting them in and then releasing them. There are questions you can ask yourself (out loud or in your head).
